History and Personality:
History ahoy!
As discussed with one of the mods, Owen will be returning with his memories of his previous time spent in the Library.
Owen Grady is one of the more confident individuals that you'll ever meet but he's one of those quiet confident people that doesn't flaunt it so much as just acts with it. He won't hesitate to show others what he can do and point out things that others are missing (looking at you, Claire), quite content to let others try to put him in his place before correcting them and putting them in theirs. He knows he's good at his job and knows that there aren't many people who could do what he does--nor are there many that would want to--and he uses that as motivation to keep doing his best. Sometimes he'll get a big head about it but it's rare and usually only happens when someone is pressing his buttons a bit too much. (Again, Claire, you really need to chill.) He also has a bit of an issue with authority figures and tends to butt heads with them, especially when they don't want to listen to him. (As seen when the Indomious escaped and no one would listen to what he was telling them to do. And then people died. Way to go, guys.)
Despite how cocky he can get sometimes, because with confidence does come that air of cockiness, Owen is generally a pretty reserved person unless he knows a person really well. He's extremely focused on his work and doesn't like to get pulled away from it unless it's an emergency, preferring to stay where he's needed. There aren't many people he lets into his inner circle, mostly because he's wary of what a lot of people's intentions--like Vic--but once you've gained his trust you've got a pretty loyal person on your side. He looks out for his friends and does what he can to help them, such as securing a job for Barry at the park, and will lighten up more around these people than anyone else.
Now, while he can come off as quite the stiff, get Owen around animals and he softens up. A lot. He's very empathetic towards animals of all kinds and honestly prefers their company over people on most days. (He views his raptor squad as his family more than just things he's training and cares about each of them individually.) He despises people that treat animals badly and will not hesitate to punch the shit out of someone who does any harm. He holds to the concept that animals have distinct personalities and are much smarter than people give them credit for and will treat them as such. You'll never see him talking to an animal like they don't understand him which is, honestly, what makes him such a good trainer.
Owen is a good person at his core, though, and while he isn't the biggest fan of people he will never just stand by and watch someone get hurt. He will throw himself into the fray to keep others from harm, instincts left over from his time in the Navy, and doesn't matter what sorts of injuries he walks away with as long as he can spare others pain. (Especially kids. Kids don't deserve to be hurt unless it's like a scrapped knee or something.) He's also got himself a pretty good moral compass though he will try and keep a neutral view on everyone until he gets to know them a bit better. Some people--Vic again--do rub him the wrong way from the get go and those people? Yeah no. He hates you. Go away. And he'll make that very clear.

Right. Looks like I'm back.
[Hello again, residents of the library~ Someone's back and he's not sure if he's happy about it or frustrated that he's been pulled away from home. Again.]
Any chance I can get a roll call of who all's still here? It'd kind of be nice to know who all I'm dealing with still and any new faces that may have arrived.
[Because he really needs to know who he's going to be dealing with now that he's back.
And he really wants to make sure the Librarian is still doing alright.]
Third Person/Prose:
So he was back.
He only remembered that he knew this place when he woke up and found himself here, the memories coming back to him all at once and it had given him the worst headache imaginable. He'd spent a few minutes sitting in the main lobby just trying to get his bearings again, rubbing at his temples as he kept an ear out for anything out of the ordinary.
How long had it been since he was last here? How much had happened?
Hands falling away from his temples, Owen glanced around with a frown, trying to decide where to go and what to do. Who knew what had become of this place since his last visit and he didn't have Blue this time. So he had to be careful.
Which wasn't..something he was great at most of the time because trouble seemed to follow him closely but hey, what's a guy going to do?
He stood then and made his way out of the lobby to the actual stacks of books, slowly starting to explore the various rows while keeping an eye out for any familiar faces or anything that might jump out at him. His exploring took him to the non-fiction section eventually and Owen found himself wandering down the aisle that he had once camped out in. A small smile tugged at his lips as he ran a hand along one of the shelves, looking over some of the titles before shaking his head.
"Some things never change, I guess," he muttered to himself before he pulled his hand from the shelf and continued down the aisle.
Time to find some actual people.
